  Fair price, fast service. Saved my butt with a laptop/printer issue. In home service. BUT - they had no invoice, no business card. No logo shirt or marked car. This caused some concern even though the man than came to my home did a good fast job. U should always want to professionally represent your company. They said they will email my invoice....hope so. UPDATE...never rec'd an invoice, never a call back as now I have the same problem again....no follow up. Changed my rating from a 4 to a 1 - poor business practice such a shame apparently they know computers but the way they do business is NOT professional. I will go elsewhere

  My first time going into their shop was quite remarkable, I visited the shop on a Monday. I cannot explain my disbelief in the unprofessionalism of the employees. I came in to fix my Asus Netbook due to its hard drive being damaged. I asked the "intern" to check out my Netbook and he fiddled with it for a few minutes trying to figure out was was wrong. He was the only one there at the shop; after a few minutes "Warren" arrived inspecting my Netbook... I was hopeful that they would be able to fix my problem since it was a simple hardware change. Although sadly that was not the case. He took apart my Netbook and told me it would take $60 to fix the blasted machine. I agreed. I left it at the shop waiting for them to call and no calls have been made regarding the progress of the Netbook being fixed even though I gave them my information in contacting me. I've had my father visit the shop to check up with the progress, apparently they do not have a charger for the Netbook halting their ability to work on my Netbook. I was enraged due to the fact that he mentioned he will get it done in a day. A day has passed again and the Netbook was still a bust it was Thursday and I managed to call them and see how they're doing. He then told me to tell him my password for my Netbook. Sadly that was a mistake I made, I did not tell him my password BUT at least a phone call regarding that could've sped up the process of the repair then I had to wait for another day. Making this $60 repair take a whole week. I came back to the shop in person to see what was going on and yet nothing has still happened to my Netbook and postponed its repair another day. My parents brought in three Smart TV's to repair and quite frankly that was the only thing they properly restored and repaired. They had my Netbook delivered to my house free of charge HOWEVER there's a catch. They gave me the wrong Netbook. They gave me and Acer laptop instead of my Asus Netbook. Thinking that I finally have my old Netbook again I was disappointed and that's when I lost my sympathy and tolerance. That's not all. I recall having Windows 8.1 as my operating system for my Netbook. When I powered it up it had a different login name, windows wasn't activated because instead of Windows 8.1 they apparently changed it to Windows 10 Pro. I am currently struggling with the Netbook hoping that it would be usable again yet I can't even customize it. Although they were capable of repairing our Smart TV's they were not able to properly repair my Asus Netbook making the name TekPros PC quite ironic.
