- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆October 16, 2019, by mandy nulI have always shopped here never had a complaint but the last few times the quality of custom products has decreased this last time i had custom ordered a costume and strings were left on the outfit and the added trim was not even aligned the offically lost a long time customer i will no longer go back after the complete disregard for their work and customer service they do have sweet staff but should not be in custom work
