  Today(08/21/16)around 10:35am i went the this location i walk to the door and it was close their was a lady infront of the door that told me day open @ 11:00am and that she knew that she will be their for a good minute because she will changin her device i told her mines is just a insurance claim.. I went to set next door to Pannera bread out side of it i was looking at the door the whole time i seen a employee open the door an let the lady go in their with a other lady total of 2 people she was walking away from the door when i try to open it an she told me day open tell 11:00am the whole time the 2 white lady"s setting in their was AC and let ME an my Cousin OUTSIDE in the HEAT i seen the Assistance store manager walking out the back an huging the 2Ladys their were talking the whole time smilein under AC well i was outside i was walking up and down tell it turn 11:00am it was supper Hot outside roght when it turn 11:00am the Assistance store manager open the door i ask whos the manager he response back to im the assstance store manager how can i help you... I told him what is the difference bettween me and my cousin an those 2 ladys he response back to me clearly those are Csr FAMILY i told the Ass Manager so now we have favorites to go under AC and Leave the Mexican outside ........just because you have a family memebers working for sprint doesnt mean you will treat other customers different you their to do your job not pick favorites thanks to me you get your guys checks what you guys did told made me feel horrible you guys let the white people in just because family works their an Mexican people have to wait out side for 15 minutes in the heat well all them under AC lauging this location is very is Racist againts Mexicans i will never recommend people to this location what you guys did was not ok an cant even appoligize about it ...you guys just care about family Members outside and not the other customers this was not fare at all how you treat Mexicans an lets the White Family inside the Store......Have a good one Sprint
