He made us feel confident about our purchase, he was patient with us and devoted his time to help us. Even though we left to explore our options no one else gave us the experience Mark did. We ended up buying a new Hybrid mattress with adjustable base and were so happy with it, we bought another one for the guest room. Thanks Mark... now only if you can do something about getting it here faster... we can't wait!
