  I ordered shutters through my local Costo who then sent out a sales rep for Budget blinds by the name of Austin. We already had a solid idea of what we wanted and after I was given a price I asked how long till they would be able to have them installed, the response I was given was 6 to 8 weeks. So now here we are at week 9 and numerous calls later and the story is now 10 to 11 weeks before they even receive them at their warehouse and if I’m even lucky enough to get anyone to answer the phone and express my discontent with their service the response is the same every time "I’m sorry to hear that sir I will have someone call you back right away" yet I have NEVER received a call back. So here I am paying for window coverings I don’t have and no installation date. I do believe that California contractors law prohibits you from collecting payments of $1,000 or 10% of the total contract price whichever is less before completion of the project. I would think twice before ordering anything though budget blinds.

  Not too long ago I purchased a blackout cell shade from Budget Blinds sales rep, Beau. Beau was courteous and extremely helpful when it came to choosing the perfect shade that best fit my needs. I was working nights and had to sleep during the day, therefore I needed my room to be completely darkened so I could sleep. Beau showed me samples and provided his expertise when it came to choosing the blackout cell shade. I was provided several payment options and my shade was here in no time. My experience with Budget Blinds was one to remember. I highly recommend their services; you won't be disappointed!
